1. It’s probably the anxiety.
2. That’s a psychotic symptom of depression.
3. You’re probably just still stressed because of the deaths in your family.
4. That can’t be because of the medication.
5. Wear a watch.
6. He’s probably gay.
7. You’re acting like a child.
8. You’ll be back next year crying your crocodile tears.
9. You need to stop navel-gazing.
10. Just go back to sleep.
11. Have sex instead of eating chocolate.
12. I’m not going to make any changes to your medications until you graduate.


A. I don't feel desired.
B. I wake up in the middle of the night. I'm not getting enough rest.
C. I have atypical depression.
D. I’m still struggling with this task.
E. I'd like to review the treatment plan.
F. I'm bingeing now, and I never used to.
G. I'm having trouble with word substitution and word-finding. It seems worse than usual.
H. I'm worried the medication is not having the same effect as it once did.
I. I've been much more distracted recently, and I can't seem to get anything done.
J. I've had diarrhea for the last two weeks.
K. I've noticed this odd sensation in the back of my skull.
L. I've tried all kinds of tricks, but I still lose track of time quite a lot.
