Hi, Kerria.

I know, in the moment, it feels terribly hurtful when someone gets upset.

Is it possible your T momentary lost his cool, and was upset because he might feel that you aren't taking care of yourself?

I'm sorry to take a stab in the dark, because I don't know you. I do know it's very upsetting to be yelled at by a T.

That's happened to me with a couple of Ts, including the one I see now. And in retrospect, I can see that I was often, unconsciously, sabotaging myself and the work we were doing-

It's not good, when it happens--I don't agree with, my T;s anger and losing control, and treating me that way-- but he does care a lot.

Could it possibly be that way with your T?

It's frightening now, but maybe the hurt, confusion, anger, loss of faith in the good of the relationship are only a reaction to this momentary lapse by your T.. Later, when you get to a better place, maybe it will turn out that way.

Has your T gotten angry at you before?

Jost
