Thanks for the positive thoughts--glad to hear that it gets better. Like you said, you can always go back if you need to which his helpful I think in the beginning to think about! However, I had a dream a few nights ago where I went back and I felt good temporarily but not so good after the fact. I think I'll keep that in mind!
> Yes it gets better. I've terminated twice, and the first time was hard even though it wasn't "real" therapy but I eventually did get over it. The second time, just recently in fact, was great. We were able to end really well. I think that therapy helps us out of the big miseries to be able to adjust to the normal miseries of life. The ups and downs that we all experience. I think it's easy to become dependent on someone who can become the anaesthetic for our pain.
