No, I was refused after the first few assessment sessions for being too unstable. Apparently you have to fairly 'well' to be able to work with CBT. That's bad because I had to wait about 18 months for that appointment. How can anyone with bipolar say for certain that they will be doing well and be stable in 18 months time?
