Remembering, too late, that serotonin is the main neurotransmitter of the gut. I've got my antacids nearby. they have calcium too. I also have this asian tea that tastes somewhat foul, but on looking up the ingredients I found that both of them are powerfully soothing for the mucous membranes. (((((membranes))).
I get dizzy a lot too. assembling the bed yesterday I had to lie down at some points on the floor 'cause I had no more blood in my head. pounding.

jiggling. yep. familiar with the jiggle. If it gets too bad I'm going to go back to knitting my tea cozy. It's for my friend's birthday back in march. Red peruvian organic wool. very pretty. I know she'll love it. I'm only about halfway done though, since march. ugh.
