You guys need to stop talking about naps (just kidding). I would like to take one in the worst way around 1 p.m. each day, so I often schedule to see someone at the jail. That way I know I will stay awake.

I think part of my problem with being on the emotional roller coaster besides what goes on in my inner world and immediate outside world is the fact that I am only getting anywhere from 3 to 5 hours per sleep at night. When I see my T/pdoc, I invariably don't go to bed until midnight, and then I have to get up at 4:15 a.m. to catch the Metra. Once it was 1:30 before I got to bed, and I overslept and had to drive in the damn rush hour traffic on the expressway, and I came across an accident. I was so upset because I was 30 minutes late to my appt. which meant I got a whole whopping 15 minutes. I should have just stayed in bed and called and canceled.

I don't know what my problem is, but when I am depressed, I always feel better when the rest of the world is asleep and I can putz around. Problem is I have to go to work the next day and be there no later than 8 a.m. So, when I putz until 3 or 4 a.m. which I have often done, then I am screwed. I promise myself every night I will go to bed sooner, but I never do.

Llurpsie could you take a nap for me!

Take care,

OzLand
