> YOu mentioned that I could read my scholarly books to distract me. Well I bought my books for next semester instead of going to the bookstore,. (I know total geek) LOL But what does your shirt say? geeks are hot! ya! lol I want that shirt!

aww! I'm so happy for you. and amused that you remember my hot geek shirt...

> So now I will be reading about drugs and behaviors, and drug abuse, philopshy ( i will learn to spell it correctly some day), and stuff about fairy tales for English writing class. Hey my books were under $200 this time! But I don't have a book for yoga or library research. Plus the cheaper books have no pictures. LOL

nice!

thanks. It was really really hard, but I made myself go there. I want things to work out with quieT, and I want him to know enough about me to help me avoid crisis.

other option is happyflower style coping. Feeling miserable or icky, but still putting one foot in front of the other. making it 'til the next session. Calling in to check and make sure that you're not losing your mind. Sometimes a phone call can avert a trip to the ER. Option 3. what a waste of everything that you've been trying to do.

> I promised my trumpet instructor I would perform Vivaldi's trumpet duet at the recital next Wed. ummm. I forgot about that and haven't been practicing lately, so I will be wood sheddin' it all weekend. ( do string players say that? or do they say something much more classy?) LOL

and how will you woodshed if you follow the dark path to option 3? Of course us string players woodshed. Our instruments are wooden. I would personally like to shred mine sometime. I have a mini-audition later this month to play with a local community orchestra. I hope I can pull together something. I'm thinking about doing the first page of 2 concertos one romantic, one 20th century. Not sure if I can get mendelssohn in tune by then. It's one of the major concertos in the literature and not a lot of room for mistakes.

> So does anyone want to discuss the different versions of Little Red Riding Hood? I think little hood is me and the big bad wolf is the pain inside me. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Red is anger and the hood is me wanting to hide and the basket of goodies is my T helping me. hmmmmmmmm. And the woods is my life. ( I wish I was seeing a psychoanalizist. I wish I could spell.

I have automatic spell checker that checks EVERYthing I write, even babbleposts. It's very convenient. (I always misspell convenient).

take good care, and if you need to, it's okay to back down from EMDR. It's not required surgery, you know!
