I think things happen when you are open to seeing them. There may have been other times that these things happen but you were too busy or distracted or depressed, or whatever, to see them. Your therapist is planting idea seeds and with a little time and care, they grow. How cool is that!!

Keep the faith - I think we can make stuff happen for ourselves if we believe.
