good idea!
I was also thinking of forcing myself to make an appt. to see a friend once a week, kind of as a substitute for when I won't see T.

At least I can get out of the house for ONE HOUR sometime to go to a cafe and do some knittingtherapy once a week. That sounds manageable...

Thanks for your concern :) about 2 months ago pdoc mentioned that eventually I wouldn't have to take so many meds. I'm fine with taking an AD for a while, like a year or so. no problem. I'm on Zoloft. I also take benzodiazepines xanax or klonopin a couple times a week. I feel like I could exercise or something to replace those, or minimize the number of doses I take. I'm not sure that I need to be on two mood stabilizers. lamictal and abilify. I tolerate them well, no complaints, but seriously- 5 meds plus sleeping pill plus allergy plus dermatology Rx? my GOD llurpsie, how many crazypills are you taking?!?!?
