Hi Poet,
Thanks for telling me about your experience. What do you mean by running energy into chakras? I guess I just don't understand how that works. Maybe it's one of those things you just sort of have to trust in and not fully understand. I have a hard time giving up my desire to want to know exactly everything about how something works.My therapist said the few times he has had it done on him it has been really relaxing, and that his son is a fairly anxious child and he took him to have it done a little while ago and his son came out and said that all his worries were gone. So it was such a powerful thing for his son he decided to get certified in it (he realizes his sons worries will come back, but the fact that he felt like they were all gone).
I think it has the potential to be something really intense but also really good. Do you know if there's the potential for anything that could be overwhelming to me to happen during it?
