OK, I took benedryl, and bathed and slet.
Now I want to crawl outta my skin.
I have never had it this bad.
I try xanax, cuz its bloody awful this feeling.
I have to keep moving, but I still sleepy.
But I home, not in trouble....
Least not too bad.
I get xanax.
Thanks for help guys, i didn't go out.
