For the past two weeks or so, I have been having severe homicidal thoughts. My friend of over 15 years is hooked on Oxycontin and several other pills, we got into a stupid argument and she came to my home while i was sleeping and slashed all my tires. now, she is talking so much crap about me to all my friends that she runs into. she works at a local restaurant and my friends run into her all the time and she is spreading horrbile rumors about me that are not true. it has gotten me so upset that i've been having nightmares every night that i am stabbing her to death. now, these thoughts are in my head all day long, everyday. i know i won't do anything, i'm harmless but i want these thoughts to go away and these nightmares. i have severe anxiety and panic disorder and im pretty sure im bipolar too but just not diagnosed. i stopped taking my lexapro a month ago because it made me sleep my life away. i need a new medication, i don't know what. i dont have insurance, i dont believe in therapy. my friend is a therapist and he talks to me but it upsets me more than do any good. i need help. anyone out there ever have homicidal thoughts? how did you deal with them, any medication that helps this?
