To make a long story as short as possible my T who is rather cold convinced me to change endos. Unfortunately my thyroid after two years was finally stable but switched and he knew was having surgery and changed my dose. Saw him last week and he's had results of TSH for over two weeks and never called me to let me know it had gone from normal of l.08 to 15. Last time that happened years ago my anxiety skyrocketed and ended up in the hospital as they did not know cause of anxiety. When saw the endo and questioned him he said that it was no big deal for it to rise and maybe before surgery hadn't been a good time to change dose and said he hadn't called as knew appointment in two weeks. I told him my story and he said he's never hospitalized a patient for high TSH and an 85 year old man he saw same week was brought in with a much higher one. To me I'm furious at this endo and am changing back but would greatly appreciate if I should or what I should say to the therapist who convinced me to change as see her tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
