That's great, Angela. I remember when you were posting about having trouble doing that. Congratulations on how well you're doing!

I don't know that you're that weird. I have the same problem to a certain extent (except that I only enjoy them in retrospect). I know lots of people who have no history of mental health problems who have the same difficulty.

I'm guessing it's like the driving. As you do it, it becomes easier. If posting on Babble helps with that, or helps you feel more accountable, then I'm glad. I've got a thread on Health about weight loss, although my self discipline isn't as strong as it could be.
