Thanks, onceupon! I appreciate the support. What a difference a day can make. I still feel so relieved from finally being able to open up to her. She was great. She's probably thinking "what the heck happened?" She doesn't know I found you guys. I'll probably tell her, though. She did say before that I need more support than just her once a week. And since I'm sure she didn't mean the solution was 'more of her in the week!' although I wish I could see her everyday, or at least twice a week. I just can't afford it, though. I go twice a week if I'm having a crisis and assuming she gets a cancelation.
