I've been reading this thread and I've had so many "wow, this is so true" moments. I'm a relative therapy newbie this time around (4 months) but so much has resonated with me. I don't really have anything to add, but thank you everyone for sharing your insights. I'm definitely at a preliminary developmental stage myself. :-)
