Scott, a long time ago one of the psych drs here who was skeptical about the use of benzos had this group of benzo dependent agoraphobes stop their benzo use, after which the fear abated, after (of course) becoming really intolerable for the withdrawal, rather like the reverse of benzo use.
If you have benzos to stop your fear, it is rational to fear running out of benzos.
Our world is not good with fear.
It is one of the primary emotions, yet hardly gets a mention in polite society.
