I think I understand what you were saying and I just wanted to let you know what a big deal that is and you should give yourself credit for your personal growth:) my therapist also is out of town this past week and its my first time trying to be independent from him...and I've almost caved and emailed him this week (which he said was fine) but I also feel ok now with not talking to him-like you said, it will be ok i guess...we'll have more to talk about when we meet in future. I'm not as strong as you though-i almost want to contact him and let him know i feel needy and have him there to help me (wow that sounds pathetic!) Anyways, hope you're doing well :)
