Yes, I had problems with SSRI, tried different meds but side effects were way too harsh.
I didnt see a psychiatrist but my doctor, who in general is against anti depressants.
Now I am rather discouraged from trying other types of anti depressants and just too tired.

I have that book by David Burns, I read it and looks like will have to re read it -
my T is psycho dynamic and she thinks that CBT is not going to help me, maybe I should address that issues again with her. I just dont know what to do anymore
