No Deneb, a wise person told me that people are in our lives for a reason and when that reason is not longer needed or applicable then the person can drift out of your life. For whatever reason, you connect to Dr Bob in a way that seems to help you. I would not question it nor let anyone else make you feel bad about it.
This is maybe a bad example but in some of my darkest days, I watched a tv series over and over again. Sometimes I would watch the series for hours on end. I was bothered about the time I spent but my p-doc said not to worry that when whatever it was helping me to sort out was sorted I would no longer watch. It went on for months and suddenly I no longer needed it. I will if I feel bad or down, I will watch an episode and in stantly feel better. I think Dr Bob is your tv series. Go with it because it may or may not be a permanent thing. It is ok either way.
