That's such a common problem- telling what is beyond a normal reaction. I tend to up my antidepressants when I am stressed, just in case, but maybe dont actually need to.

The suggestion of talking to your pdoc is a good one?

Its incredibly frustrating to feel as you do, but you have *absolutely no cause* to blame yourself for your reaction, or your sensitivity to stress. I find that kind of thinking, with me, is linked to being a bit depressed- I loose my sense of proportion.

Someone with asthma who started wheezing when the pollen was high could be very fed up about it, but wouldnt blame themselves for it, would they? Its the same sort of thing, really.

Anyway, of course the main thing to say is that we are all thinking of you, and take care.
