>Thanks kindly Manic. This movie really struck close to my heart. Even though I am not gay, I can deeply empathize with the alienation, the put-downs, the social pain many gay people have to face. I've been involved in the gay and lesbian community for a number of years, as Toronto has the most amazing 'Pride' week you could ever imagine. Everybody, from Chiefs of Police to federal and local politicians, to t.v. station personalities, get involved in the Pride parades. The tolerance feels *so* good. Wouldn't it be a great world if we could get rid of all of our 'phobias' and 'isms'?
Thanks again..
Best,
Jay
