I think you need to start practicing saying no. Or "I'm sorry but I can't" if that is easier to you. Make up a reason if you need to. A class, another job, need to help your ailing parents. Whatever. Not everybody can afford to refuse employer demands like this but thanks to your living situation you can.
Remember that it is not in your employers interest for you to ever have time to look for another job. Nor do they care if you have a breakdown from exhaustion a few months from now. It's easier for them to run you into the ground now and then replace you when you collapse. It's up to you to protect yourself from that.

PS. You may also want to refuse to work split shifts. If you think about it you are spending 12 1/2 hours of your day but only getting paid for 10 hours.
