not sure, i know it's high durability carpet, looks nice, stain resistant, and it can take beatings, but it was the rug that got messed up, i had the vacuum on 3 setting which is standard, it didnt look like there was much streaks, so i turned it down to 1, lowest, and i noticed major vibration, and feel beating and heat. It was the rug that got kinda messed up, if i didnt turn it down to 1, kept it at 3 or 4 which is standard, it would been ok. I did notice yes, the vibration beating, but it was too low. The carpet through out the house can take the beating, but i changed it yesturday back to metal standard brush, which is metal, but no beater bars, just heavy duty brushes. Noticed increase in grooming look. I'm only using it now, for deep clean, when dirt is a lot and is deep in the carpet. Not regularly.
Not sure what type of carpet i have, but it did take the beating action, it was rug that got messed up, and one ... because i turned the setting down to lowerst, 1. That could of very much beat it too much, make it look flat because of metal clean.
