Are you in an undergraduate program or a graduate program?
I have an undergraduate degree, but I recently re-entered school to get another undergraduate degree. I'm getting it in journalism, so a graduate degree isn't really necessary for me.
I think it's wonderful to go back to even simply to study something you're interested in, even if it's not for a career. I am pursuing a career in journalism though. Wish I could be a student forever. :) I love to learn.> First time posting on the student board, but I know some of you from the rest of babble. So, as it's my first time, I'll post my first impressions being back to school:

> Here it is.... after many years away from school, we're back. We're at the University of New Hampshire, starting part-time, and hoping to be studying psychology full-time next year.
> It's strange to be 44 and in a class full of young people. It strange to be studying a subject that impacts your life on a daily basis. It's strange to be diagnosed with a condition that the text-book you are studying debates the existence of.
> Amidst all of the strangeness though comes another reason to get well, well enough to stay out of the hospital at least, and to stay alive. Perhaps I will have more motivation to do well in school than I had when I was younger.
