College and Bipolar III

I would like to know if anyone has any advise on going back to school after 20 years. My therapist has encouraged me. I am excited but very nervous.
i had a hard time when I was in college now I have 3 kids (1 special needs). I am ADD due to the bipolar and hope I can stay focused.
