I got out of bed and went downstairs for a while and watched some of this Chinese series with my Mom. It energized me a bit.
I've decided that I'm not going to try to study or worry about studying today. I am just going to take a break and I'm going to try to enjoy myself and not feel guilty for not studying. I study best at the university library anyways. :-) One hour of study at the library is like 3 hours of study at home. There are just too many distractions at home. I must have associated being at home with not studying.
What I'm going to do instead:
• Wake up at 7:10 tomorrow
• Eat some breakfast
• Go to the library and study until my class starts
• Eat some lunch
• Study until my next class starts
• Study until 5:30pm
• Go home and not study...just relaxI remember that when I did really well in one of my semesters, I did nearly all of my studying at the university and almost no studying while at home. I actually had spare time at home and I didn't worry about studying. This lessened my anxiety considerably.
Ahhhh...I feel better already. It is not too late to study. I've done some studying, but not much, but the semester has just started. If I really concentrate and study well at the library, (and I do think that I can,) I will be able to do well still.
Problem solve...that's what I have to do. No matter what the situation, there is always a way to deal with it (that doesn't involve hurting oneself).
