Thanks, it's good to have a process for it.

What's making me laugh is that my procrastination doesn't usually work that way. It usually goes more like, "Ah, it's not that bad, just take a bit of this, a bit of that -- I can crank it out in no time." And then I sit on it, until it's a scramble to get it done... I just get into this rut of doing other things, and not getting it done.

I've got one of those projects brewing right now, and find I'm already doing that, "Oh, I've got plenty of time before it's due, it'll be easy enough anyhow..." Gotta stop putting it off...

Thanks for the project management instructions, though. Very helpful.
