HA! Nope, not really... I'm pretending I do, though, and we'll see if that old "fake it 'til you make it" thing holds true.

This morning, I came up against the hardest part of this for me: documenting where I got the information, especially information about recommended treatments! (I'm rolling on the floor about this -- think I could just write, "I'm a fat anorexic, and suffer depression -- I know this stuff on accounta it's what I was told when I was looking for treatment?" Wonder how the instructor would react to that?)

So, I've spent too much time getting lost looking that sort of thing up. Trying to find concise treatment guidelines for treating depression and anorexia. Not a lot of joy out there -- half the guidelines out there for depression treatment, for example, are contradictory: "Psychotherapy works better than medication," "Many people with depression need medication, but don't need psychotherapy," although I think I finally found the NIMH recommendation that both be used.

And I've written about half a page of the outline. Just got some notes about the "client" and about treatment recommendations. While writing that, I got lost searching for where I allegedly found those recommendations...

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I didn't sleep well last night, and it's certainly having it's affect on me. Oh, and did I mention our TV blew up? I usually do my math homework in front of the TV, so that's not doing so well, either...

Definitely time for Wapner...
