it's like i come to life when the music playing, the feeling of the song, the messege, the tone of it...feeling making it into life.....
but anyways does anyone like music for therapy or just feel better?

Definitely. One of the paradoxes of my current depression is that I have almost entirely stopped listening to music and participating.
Actually _making_ music, especially singing, or even Buddhist chanting has a huge therapeutic effect for me. Even if you're not a musician, there may be choirs in your community that sing for pleasure & don't demand musical training.
