Brian,
I tried Paxil, Luvox, and Celexa for Social Phobia all SSRI's and they all caused anorgasmia (inability to achieve orgasm. They may have worked if I had stayed with them, but I couldn't handle the anorgasmia. I tried Serzone for 3 months : no anorgasmia and no relief from social phobia. Xanax works wonders for social phobia situations I can anticipate (1.25 mgs 45 minutes to an hour beforehand). I am considering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with the unaticipated situations. I hate to sound negative. Maybe the ssri's won't give you the same side effects.
