SIDE-EFFECTS!! That's the key difference for me. That, and very subtle differences between the "buzz" (for lack of a better word) each gives, in relieving the depression. They're rather like slightly different "flavors", though all from the same family. For what it's worth, I had bizarre s-e's from Paxil and Luvox; only diarrhea from Zoloft. Prozac was my SSRI of choice, until I switched to amino acids.
