SSRI'S cause cylcing in bipolars. Perhaps you need a different type of anti-depressant that is not an SSRI. Also look for a second opinion when your doctor has only one solution-SSRI's and the solution is not working.

Do you have any other symptom other than anxiety.
Remember medication at this point is at the "educated" trial and error stage.
