Mixing some prescription medications with supplements is hazardous to your health. I don't remember which ones will make you sick, kill you, or just have parts of your body randomly burst into flames.
Is the 5-htp the stuff commonly sold in Europe with the inhibitor that keeps it from being released until it gets to the proper part of the brain, or the crappy junk they sell Americans that gets released too soon to matter or causes your head to explode from an overdose in the wrong area?

Differant people have results with differant things, so I just keep trying everything.
Tryptophan worked well for a few days, which was great, then not after that unfortunately. So I don't take it anymore. I gave up on bacopa since that didn't have any effect on increasing my mental abilities. And ginseng did nothing for me, nor did ginko bilbo or whatever its called, which only works on people with certain memory loss problems, not the ones caused by anxiety.
My anxiety was caused by bullying. I haven't had depression in more than a decade though. What about you? Do you know the cause?
