What part of socialization do you fear?
Personally I don't care what others think about me, having no insecurities, but a lot of people are afraid of being judged. Is it that type of social anxiety disorder, or do you fear being picked on, interupted, misunderstood, and/or argued with out of context?
Also, do you fear some aggressive man refusing to leave you alone, or anything like that?
vitanet is where I order most of mine, but I've shopped elsewhere. I go for the Douglas labs and Carlson brand names for things whenever possible, although I'm not sure why. Most brands have their own webpages, and you can see if they look professional. Most vendors sell many differant brands for each product, so it doesn't matter where you look, you'll find it.
Having plenty of food and water helps, and a safe home enviroment. Wait... that might not be for your type of anxiety... well, it helped me. I know the door is always locked, because I live alone now and no one can possible be leaving it unlike and thus making me vulnerable to crime.
Oh, I drink distilled water, since tap water is filled with all sorts of horrible things. I bought a kenwood water distiller from Sears for about $120 I think. It boils the water until it evaporates, then collects the steam and puts it in a differant container, leaving all metals and pollutants behind. I get all the minerals I need from pills, so don't worry about lossing them in the process. I also gave up sugar, and the sugar cravings died down after a time. I think I had candida problems making anxiety worse.
