I forgot to mention, that since I have started eating well again, I am presently at my lowest weight ever. I would have NEVER believed that I would actually lose weight by eating more, but for me, it has proven to be true. I used to be in the "normal" range of weights (150 for 5'9), and now I am at the lower side of normal (133). Docs say it is from my metabolism regulating, and from me being able to tell when I'm hungry and when I'm full. That's something no one ever told me about eating, so thought I'd pass that along.
