the ACh(n) transmitter, my key?

i keep wondering why zyprexa has worked so well for me (i know don't wonder just be happy).
well, i've had a feeling that it might be the ACh(n) transmitter but i have NO idea what that is.
i've compared the parts to other meds which i've been compared to what else i've been on here' are the three main ones that i think are my keys.
it could be the DA1 antagonist which i'm sure that helps with my mania (right?) and the 5-HT2c specifically the c since that seems to be the fast acting part to my depression.
but what about this ACh(n) transmitter. what does this do?

now i know i'm making this simple by picking out these three, i know that these drugs also combined together react differently than if combined with different combo's and their binding agents blah blah...but this is the way i'm working it right now.
fix my thinking as i go along please.
but i really what to know more about the ACh(n).
if anyone can.
