Oh, something I had forgotten until someone helpfully reminded me: cholinergic drugs tend to cause or worsen depression.

For me they also have the potential to cause problems with a certain unusual sleep disorder (REM sleep behavior disorder - unlikely this is an issue for most of us).

still baffled as to why you would be looking at cholinergics as somehow relevant to the treatment of depression)
