It should be noted, however, that the very mechanism of serotonin reuptake inhibition acts as an indiscriminate 5HT agonist, which means that Prozac's SRI counteracts its 5HT2A and -C antagonism. I guess some will still hold up, but, for instance, the typical deep sleep-inducing properties of 5HT2A-antagonism are clearly swept away by Prozac's other actions.
