Welcome to the boards, I am pretty new myself - I have only been on the boards for about a month now. You will definetely find all the support you need here. The people are wonderful, they have helped me so much. Just to let you know a little bit about myself -I am 33 and suffer from anxiety/panic disorder. I am currently taking 5mg of Lexapro and xanax whenever I need it.I feel for you - I have been through the same thing in my life and it really does do you in but please believe me when I say that you will get over it, you will probably never forget it but you will get over it - I promise you. I know that people who have never been through such a terrible experience could never imagine how bad it hurts and how it haunts you constantly.
