Welcome to Babble. I don't have experience with military health care, but I betcha there is someone here who does. If you are in dire need, would you be able to go to an urgent care facility on base? It's true that panic attacks can't kill you, but it's also true that there is NO NEED to live with them. Have you tried any breathing techniques or relaxation stuff? Not that it would be easy with a new baby.
My advice would be to post something on the "Social" board to the tune of "Military mom in dire need" or something.
