I don't know where you are, but unless you are in a third world country, you should try to find L-Tryptophan. I think it is readily available in Europe. It used to be sold in the U.S. in health food stores. It was outlawed in 1990, then made legal in 1994. It works very well for me. I order mine from www.healthrecovery.com. Take 500-1000 mg to get started. After about 10 days you should see a difference. Maybe if you can find some you can at least make it until you see the doctor.
