hi, Fractal. Welcome to babble where there are lots of people with social anxiety. I have generalized anxiety and panic disorder and major depression.

What kind of treatment for your anxiety are you getting? Any medications or therapy? Maybe something needs to be adjusted. I would direct you over to the main Psycho Babble medications board.
