I'm currently not getting any treatment... I've been hiding in my room for awhile. I'm particularly opposed to pharmaceuticals after my experience with Effexor, but I'm totally open to therapy. I just don't know what sort of therapy there is. Are there also other treatments beside medication and therapy?
