withdrawl

I quit taking effexor 150mg daily "cold turkey" approx. six weeks ago. Have had many different withdawl symptoms, however the ones which have NOT gone away are nausea/upset stomach and most of all the "brain shocks" Is there anything to subdue the severity of these shocks??
