Cold turkey is no fun...and am still having a hard time with the withdrawl symptoms. I am taking benadryl as someone said it may help. And i guess it does ...to some extent. No help from my Dr. as I did not inform him I was going to quit taking my medication. I am moody, bitterly angry (at what is a whole other story) and the brain shocks are driving me crazy. No one understands what I am going through, which is why I am glad to find this sight.
