Welcome Parveen,
I hate summer clothes, too. I've gained weight over the last year, and I hate to see what I look like in shorts and such. And I don't like to sweat. I have heard of a kind of reverse seasonal disorder. I don't know much about it, though. I believe someone posted about it on the alternative board or maybe it was the meds board. You might go exploring there if you have time. Also, everyone needs to make their own decision about medications, but I can tell you from my own experience, it's very hard to try to cope on your own. Depression does have biological components. Sometimes a low dose of the right antidepressant can make a huge difference. And it doesn't necessarily mean you need to be on them forever. There is also counseling as an option. Studies show both options can help, and actually doing both together for a period of time can be quite effective.
Just had to put my two cents in.
Welcome to Babble,
gg
