Yeah, cubic, I agree, and in the comments at the end of my survey, I kind of told them it was a bit "dry" and dull. I guess that's the reason for all the mailed out surveys to T's and clients - they want to change it to what people IRL really want vs. what a web designer or their own folks say.

At least I think that's the idea. So maybe they'll improve it after a while.
