Deneb, there's not a lot I can say that is likely make much difference, I don't think, but:
What are the consequences of making yourself sick and not taking the test? Failing the class? And what would happen then? You'd have to take it again. You may as well save yourself the time and take the test this week. So, uh, what's your study schedule gonna look like?
In fact, how do you set up your study times? Maybe talking about the process will help you improve?
Truly, Deneb -- much better not to avoid everything that's difficult. You've been struggling with motivation in school, and I think you've lost sight of what you're doing there: it's FOR YOU. YOU are the only one who benefits from being in school. So, studying is a form of self-care for you.
And self-care is important.
