Wow. I don't know what to say to respond to your post. In some ways I find your post terrifying because I wonder how much of what you're experiencing is due to the medication you were on - and I'm on Effexor now.
Do you go to the hospital when you feel this way? I think you should. It would be better than committing a crime or walking off into the woods.
Tell your partner that when you're feeling this way she should take you to the hospital, no matter what you say to her - even if you tell her no, she should take you anyway.
I think you should post some of these feelings to the regular Psycho-Babble group to see if others have had similar experiences, particularly post-meds. You will likely find that there are many people out there who are having the same problems as you describe. Perhaps you will at least find solace in that.
I'm glad that you posted what you did. I think that these boards serve at least the important purpose of giving us all a place to vent, even if we never get good advice or information. It's important to have a place to be, where there are people who have some understanding of what it's like.
I hope that you're feeling better. Please post again if you are able.
